This year, we had especially hard snowfall as opposed to prior years in Nagasaki. Many people built snowmen and visited popular tourist destinations of the city. The city was covered in beautiful white snow and looked lovely. Here are a few photos of two of our “Top Ten Destinations of Nagasaki” in the snow: Meganebashi and Suwa Jinja. Even though summertime is the most popular season for Nagasaki tourism, these photos make a good argument for making a visit in the winter. Nagasaki truly is magnificent all year round.
